almost 20k steps - road to under 100 kg

I'm in the middle of a battle against a good friend of mine.
The one who first drops his weight to under 100kg, wins a free meal at ncdonalds 😀
I know, a bit counterproductive but it will just be this one celebratory meal, which will consist if 10 Chicken Burger and a large diet coke.

So, I had to up my daily routine abd went gor a 12km walk in the evening.
Unfortunately, ny mate went along. I vouldn't gain a head start.

We came across thus rusty bike near the canal..one of the fishernen must have fished it out of it.
