Quite a busy Morning Shift at Work | Actifit report number 1244 | Alive and Thriving on Tuesday, Jan 14, 2025

Hello there! How are you? I hope you’re doing great. Welcome to my actifit post. Actifit report number 1244 also serves as my Alive & Thriving report for Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

The morning shift was quite hectic as I was the single GP doctor today. I consulted 37 patients on the morning shift. My duty time was shortened on the evening shift. I consulted 15 more patients on the evening shift, making it a total of 52 patients on Tuesday. In the visa medical section, over 20 people visited for the fitness tests.

At home, it was a somewhat lazy day for me. I skipped the morning brisk walk. I slept for a short period before the morning shift duty. I also had a short afternoon nap. However, after the office, I walked on the treadmill for 15-plus minutes. I also played with my kid (run between and hide & seek). Altogether, I could cross the 10k steps today.

That’s all for now. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
