Hello, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1234. It's also the alive and thriving report on Thursday, Dec 19, 2024.

On the last workday of the week, I consulted 27 patients in my chamber. After evening there were very few patients. The cold wind could be the reason for the fewer patients. Hence, it wasn't a busy time in the second half of the duty.

After 9 pm, we went out in our car. We bought frozen fish, vegetables, some groceries, clothing items, etc. We returned home within one hour and a half.

Even though I couldn't walk on the treadmill today, I was able to make over 10k steps. Walking in the shopping centers helped me cross the 10k step mark.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
