Hello, again! How are you? I hope, that you are doing great. Welcome to my actifit report number 1185. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Tuesday, the 25th of June, 2024.

My Tuesday started performing the Fajr prayer. Then I talked with my mother over Facebook Messenger. Later, I slept for the second round. I joined the morning shift duty at 9 am.

After lunch, we decided not to take our afternoon nap. We changed some arrangements in our home. Due to the extreme summer, the air conditioner often fails to cool the room. The corners of the rooms are not covered properly. Being on the top floor, the walls are always hot. So, we took our bed away from the walls and put it in the place where we get the cool air directly from the AC.

I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes as well. I had to play with my kid different games in between; football, cricket, hide and seek; all indoor! Later, I joined my evening shift duty at 5:30 pm.

I consulted over 40 patients on Tuesday. So, it was a bit busy day at the office. Nowadays, we are getting more patients in the chamber.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
