Hello again. How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1152. It's also the Alive and Thriving report on Monday, April 15, 2024.

It was a busy day at work on Monday. I had to consult 45 patients in my chamber. After Eid, we are getting more patients in flow. That's good for business. However, more stressful for us, the doctors!

I couldn't go for a walk. I also couldn't walk on the treadmill. Hence, the step count is quite low. I need to put more effort here.

Okay. That's all for today. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
