Alive & Thriving in a hot Summer day in Oman | 901st Actifit report

Assalamu Alaikum! Greetings from Oman! I hope that you are doing well. I am doing well too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the Alive & Thriving report on the 13th of May, 2023. It was Saturday. It is also my 901st actifit report.

On Saturday, I consulted 57 patients in my chamber. Alhamdulillah, there were no emergency cases. All patients were stable. In the visa medical section, 28 people came for the check-up. Of them, one didn't get the fitness stamp because of having high blood pressure. Medicine along with a medical report was given to him. From the Ministry hospital, he will get the fitness clearance. That's the rule.

On Saturday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. Hence, I wasn't able to hit the 10k steps mark. Anyway, I had to play with my kid for a few minutes at least. He didn't allow me to skip that part 😀.

It is quite hot 🔥 time in Oman now. Today (Sunday) at noon the temperature was 42°C. I took the screenshot before 1 pm.

You can also see that the UV index was extreme!!

Anyway, I took a few pictures on my way to the clinic.

901 Actifit Reports! That's amazing. Congratulations. I remember when I was in the United States Navy. The ship I was on made a Western Pacific Cruise (WestPac). The ship was a tender so we did things like refueling and providing other services and supplies to the ships in our battlegroup. Anyway, we were anchored out in the Gulf of Oman for like 3 months. I remember it being very hot when I was up on deck. Almost no breeze at all. I don't envy you at all. And you exercise in that weather. Again, Amazing!
