My Actifit Report on July 6 2022, Wednesday | MARC #752 | Another day with 12k plus steps

Assalamu Alaikum! How are you all? Hopefully, you are having sound health. I am healthy as well, Alhamdulillah. Here is my Actifit report on the 6th of July, 2022, Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the first work day for me after my weekly off-day, I consulted a little over 20 patients in my chamber. There was a similar number of people in the visa medical section who came for check-ups for the renewal (or new visa) of their visa. So, overall, it wasn't that much busy day.

After 9 pm, we went out to another shopping centre. The Eid shopping is still going on. We bought a few more items from this shop as well.

The whole day, there were clouds in the sky but there were no cats and dogs yesterday. We are only getting some drizzling.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
