My Actifit Report on July 4 2022 | MARC #750 | Monday | 10k plus steps 🚶♂️
Assalamu Alaikum! Greetings from Oman! How are you? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic time. I am fine as well, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 4th of July, 2022. It was Monday.
On Monday, I consulted 25 patients in my clinic. I have made a post already where I have shared short history of the first 20 patients. Alhamdulillah, there were no emergency cases. A little over 30 people came for the visa medical check-up. I examined around 50% of them.
On the 4th of July, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. I could neither go cycling. However, I was able to achieve 10k plus steps, Alhamdulillah. The steps were made mostly from the walks in between my home, office and mosque as well as in-clinic walk (first floor to the ground floor to the first floor).
Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

Wow 25 patients in a day, and 30 for visa that's a lot I think doctor. Visa is now started to increase as the covid is being handled and flights are returning back to normal already.
25 patients are average number almost everyday!
The number of visa renewal applications are almost same in the previous few months. We are getting around 700-900 applicants per months in our clinic. There are other clinics as well in our town.
