My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2022

Assalamu Alaikum! How are you, fellow actifiters! I am hoping that you are having a fantastic time. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 12th of June, 2022. It was Sunday.

Unlike many other of you, it was a workday for me on Sunday. I consulted 18 patients in my chamber. There was one Indian guy who accidentally (and mistakenly) attempted to drink a glass of certain acid, instead of water. Lucky him, the acid only burnt his lips & front part of the tongue. He didn't swallow it. When he came to me, his lips started swelling. The part of the tongue 👅 was erythematous (red). I offered him some initial management. But he himself wanted to go a higher centre. He then left.

Yesterday, after the office work, we went to a nearby 2-Riyal shop. We returned in one hour from the shop after purchasing the intended items.

On the 12th of June I was able by make over 10k steps, Alhamdulillah.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
