Hello again! Welcome to my actifit report post. How are you? Hoping that you are doing well. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 25th of March, 2022.

Yesterday was Friday. Jummah day for us. So, I went to offer Jummah prayer to the designated mosque, Alhamdulillah. For attending the prayer, I finished my morning shift duty at 12 pm, instead of 1:30 pm.

Yesterday I consulted 46 patients in my chamber. One patient came with chest pain and low oxygen saturation. The Rapid antigen test for COVID19 came back negative. With nebulization, oxygen inhalation and steroid injection, he was stable when he left. Another 15 people came for the visa medical check-up.

After 10:30 pm, we went out for a short walk. However, I failed to make 10k steps Yesterday.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
