I completely understand and that's the reason why I recommend cannabis usage because I can just dose myself with a bunch of dabs and take a nap even if I am in pain...
Hopefully you can source some local THC oil
Oh I use, I can't imagine the pain if I didn't! Just perhaps smoking it is not as efficient as taking the oil! 🤔😅
