I did, my new refurbished Samsung phone arrived and it's beautiful! 📱😍 I still have to complete setting it up and in the meantime my old Samsung is still working...more or less! 😄
The refurbished Fitbit, which I ordered a week before the phone, ironically hasn't arrived yet but apparently it's in transit, so soon! 😉

Yep! About 50km away or an hours drive! Thanks for mentioning that, you reminded me to add to my to do list a trip to Gib! That's what we call it here! lol One of these days I'll hop on a bus (I don't own a car at the moment) and go and do some English food shopping there. With Brexit, English products are getting scarce here in Spain! :(

I am sure Brexit is making it hard to find British produce. My parents live in France and it is the same for them there.

Yes I would imagine it's the same all over Europe by now, less and less British produce. Let's hope Brexit will be reversed one day! What a terrible economical move! Bad for Europe and worse for the UK itself, just ridiculous!
You're not missing anything spectacular, it's just a small town with Mediterranean weather but British zebra crossings and pubs! lol The locals speak a mixture of Spanish and English, so if you only speak one, you will miss half the conversation! lol
I actually haven't been in years, I wonder what it's like now without having to queue for hours at the border!
If you do get to go and you fly in, you will find it's quite scary as the runway is so short you feel you will shoot off into the sea! It actually crosses the main road onto the rock, so when a plane is landing or taking off, anyone wanting to cross the border in either direction have to wait! It's a little insane!

That does sound a little insane and I guess one day I will have to visit.
Brexit was a crazy thing but I am not sure I have your optimism that it will ever be reversed. Not that I would be against it, quite the opposite, I just can't see a route for it ever to happen. I feel we need to make the most of a post-Brexit world.
It hit our work quite hard as we are so much a European business. We are getting by, it is just not as easy as it used to be.

Business and IT Consultancy. Some of our biggest problems so far are things like work contracts where we routinely employ people inside and outside UK. It was so much easier moving staff around before Brexit. Also IT has become a problem, we used to provide all laptops to our staff from the UK hub but have become stung by tax if we try to ship laptops from the UK to our staff. So now we have to source non-UK laptops from within the EU not the UK and have had to setup a non-UK IT to support non-UK staff. Just additional cost which is a nonsense.

Sounds interesting, one of my first jobs at the age of 17 in Athens was in a Computer Software company translating the software from English to Greek for the Greek market! I can see how that would complicate matters! Nonsense indeed! :(
