A feline friend 🐱😍 & a dying battery! 🔋😔: January 3rd 2022

Dear friend, 🙋

How's 2022, so far? Relaxing I hope! 😉

I was supposed to start in the #poliac challenge on the 1st, but unfortunately my phone battery had other plans! (@kpreddy must be doing great without competition! 😆) I danced until the wee hours on New Years Eve and I was looking forward to a good amount of steps but my phone didn't count them! It kept turning itself off! I even disappeared half an hour home to charge it, to no avail! Now it's plugged in as I write this! Although it says 100% charged, I don't trust it! Yesterday I did my steps in bursts in between charging and turning back on, to get past 7,000+ steps. There would have been more but it turned off again while I was running errands! 😨

The good news is that I ordered a new battery, which should arrive before Spanish Christmas day on Thursday the 6th (The 3 Kings 👸👸👸)! That should get me back to daily posting! 😉

The even better news, I also ordered a refurbished fitbit (better for the environment and cheaper) which should arrive by next week, then I'll really be back on track, with (hopefully) better step counts! 👣💪😅
