My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2022
The day's activities consisted of time spent outside poisoning the two ash trees out front. Our area has been infested by Emerald Ash Borers and so every year we have to mix up a poison concoction and pour it around the base of the tree. The trees then soak up the poison and when the Borer larvae eat the part of the tree under the bark that carries nutrients to the tree, the larvae die. The neighbors next door failed to do this one year and by the next year they had lost two mature trees.
After that chore was done, it was time to start painting inside again. I finished up one project, so it was time to head to the paint store to pick up the paint for the next project that starts tomorrow.
