My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2022
The day started pretty early with a long walk with Brownie around the neighborhood. She was very happy to be out and about in the cool morning air. Our walks later in the day were much shorter because of the heat.
At noon I got on the treadmill for a 44 minute walk. Then after lunch I got back to work on the painting project. Lots of rooms to be painted still.
