My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2022

It rained all day. Every time I would take Brownie out, she would take two steps out the door, do her business and head back inside. Not a lot of activity there.

So instead, I went to the grocery store to pick up a few items. While the rain was fairly light when I arrived, it was pouring down when I left the store. I got soaked. So I went home, put on some dry clothes and jumped on the treadmill for a little walk.

Brownie is a smart girl! It's no fun to get soaked while being out, as you did on your trip to the store. Thank goodness for treadmills for those inclement days! Good job with your 5261 @acifit steps for the day. Take care @gregory-f and have a lovely evening!

She is a smart girl; I should follow her examples more. On the other hand, one of the things, I was out picking up at the store was her food. So, I'm guessing she would have said, "Go Daddy, don't worry about the rain!"

Third day of rain now, but it let up for a little bit and Brownie and I got a short walk in.

Taking some walk at times during the day is quite good as it helps to relax the muscles beyond which we can understand. You must definetely have had a great day
