My Actifit Report Card: April 9 2022

It was cold and wet with thin patches of snow scattered around the yard when Brownie and I went out in the morning. Brownie took one look and decided to head back inside where it was warm and dry. So I spent 45 minutes on the treadmill instead of walking with her. But later in the day, after it had warmed up and melted all the snow, Brownie decided that she wanted to go for a long walk after all.

Later in the afternoon, I accompanied my wife on a shopping trip to the mall. We spent a good part of an hour wandering around looking at women's clothing. In the end, we didn't purchase anything, but I did get a lot of steps in for my Actifit report.

Brownie is definitely a smart girl! She knows when not to go for a walk! Glad things warmed up a bit for you so you could go later.

Sometimes, I think she can read my mind regarding whether I want to go for a walk or not. I'll be honest, I didn't have any interest is being out that morning.

Dogs are good that way, lol! I find that a lot of pets determine their human counterpart's mind......it could be scary!🙀 Take care!

Its always good to see about actifit consciousness, Brownie get a few relaxation as go out side with you and shopping with your family is helpful for your more stepping, have a wonderful day.
