My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2022

Sad news, my mother-in-law passed away yesterday. Since she had been living in a memory care facility for the past three and a half years, there were a lot of things that needed to be moved to empty her room. The facility charges a pretty hefty fee for every day the room is not cleared out.

So, my son and I got a truck and moved all of the remaining pieces of furniture out. It was a long hike from the room to our truck and we made a lot of trips. As a result, I got a lot of steps in. If I had known there was so much to move, I would have skipped the 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill I logged earlier in the day.

Its a sad to know about that she passed away and RIP. Hope everything will be fine.

It's sad, but ultimately for the best. She was in very poor health towards the end.

Good luck dealing with this loss. Never fun! Sometimes passing is for the best when they are old and poor health.

She was a tough lady. Today would have been her 90th birthday. Add to that Alzheimer's and cancer and we are all amazed she made it this far.
