Today, I skipped using the treadmill. Instead I accompanied my wife on an extended shopping trip to the grocery store, Walmart and Macy's. We walked a long time. Or at least it felt like it. In addition to walking around those big stores, Brownie and I went on a couple long walks around the neighborhood.

I went to the mall with my ball and chain today as well. We had a nice dinner (I ordered fish n chips, she had a salad and wrap). We recently bought a stationary bike so I intend on using that a few times a week. Congrats on 5500+ steps, keep up the good work. !PIZZA / !BEER / !LUV / !LOLZ

I agree! The constant stopping and looking at clothes breaks of the rhythm too much to make it a good workout.
