Pieczeń wieprzowa

Przygotowanie pieczeni jest o tyle wygodne, że nie trzeba stać przy garach.
Pieczeń sama się upiecze 😉

Karczek wieprzowy upiekłam w naczyniu żaroodpornym. Dodałam sól, pieprz i musztardę oraz cebulę i czosnek.
Na dno naczynia dałam trochę masła klarowanego, około łyżki.

Na koniec dodałam pół szklanki wody.
Pieczeń piekłam 3 godziny bo kawałek karczku ważył 3 kilo (180 stopni, góra/dół).

Mniej więcej w połowie czasu pieczenia odwróciłam mięso na drugą stronę i na tym skończyła się moja aktywność podczas przygotowywania posiłku na co najmniej dwa dni.

Pieczeń można podawać na ciepło i na zimno z dowolnymi dodatkami.
