Filet z kurczaka curry z warzywami

Actifit

Dzisiaj na obiad zrobiłam kolejne bardzo szybkie danie z moją ulubioną przyprawą curry i warzywami z ogrodu.

Miałam pod ręką filety z kurczaka więc i one poszły na patelnię.

Cebulę, cukinię i paprykę z ogrodu pokroiłam i smażyłam parę minut.

Dodałam filet z kurczaka pokrojony na plastry i pomidorki koktajlowe.

Przyprawiłam curry, świeżo zmielonym pieprzem i solą.

Dusiłam do miękkości i odparowania płynów.

Danie było bardzo dobre a sos curry z warzywami po prostu bajeczny.

Smacznego!
