Moje młode jabłonki ładnie obrodziły tego roku pomimo upałów.

Jak zatrzymać ich smak na zimę?

Postanowiłam zrobić mus jabłkowy, który jako dziecko jadłam łyżeczką ze słoików zaprawianych przez Mamę.

Jabłka kroję na małe kawałki, podlewam odrobiną wody i smażę na małym ogniu aż zmiękną.

Dodaję troszkę cukru i cynamon w proszku.

Moje jabłka okazały się trochę suche, daleko im do polskich renet.
Miękkie już i pachnące cynamonem jabłka potraktowałam trochę tłuczkiem do ziemniaków i zamknęłam w słoiczkach.
