It was very hot today, and I only went for a walk once that day, and that was in the park near my house because there are many trees there, and they provide plenty of shade.

It's a smart move you were sticking to the park for the shade. Walking in the heat is no joke. Gotta keep moving, but also gotta stay cool. Hope the next walk is in better weather for you man
