Today we started the day's walk at 7 in the morning, which was a bit short because it was a bit cold and I didn't bring adequate clothing.

8,000 steps is very solid and good one. I just love that dedication. Yesterday I was a bit under the weather but still had to complete my workout routine. It's all discipline even when the weather isn’t on your side. Next time, maybe a hoodie 😁 for me I'll just walk faster to warm up.
