My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2024

Yesterday was a day of work and a great report of over 13,000 steps.

At lunch time I went out to a nearby park for a walk, the park is called Parque de La Paz.

It has a very nice sound ambiance that creates a very enveloping atmosphere.

We kept on the move with ACTIFIT.
