Yesterday I had to go downtown to do some shopping, I spent almost 1 hour in the truck between going and coming back, it takes a long time going there.

On the other hand my steps were over 13k, amazing walk.

We are still on the move with Actifit 🏃.

Ayer tuve que ir al centro a hacer compras, estuve casi 1 hora en el camión entre ida y vuelta, se tarda mucho yendo ahí.

Por otro lado mis pasos fueron más de 13 mil, increíble caminata.

An hour in the truck, I do that and my butts is going to be in pains hahahaha..... Walking over 13k steps while shopping sounds like a great way to stay active. Nice work big brother and Happy Saturday
