Mi reporte de Actifit: abril 25 2024(caminata desde la mañana)

Día muy ocupado pero aún así saque tiempo para hacer grandes caminatas.

Más de 14 mil pasos se suman hoy a mi reporte siendo un reporte muy bueno para ser entre semana pues los que hacia normalmente no pasaban de más de 5 mil.

Gracias ya poco a poco estamos subiendo la cantidad de pasos, mi meta es comenzar a trotar antes de junio, para ya en septiembre estar al 100 para regresar a entrenar basket.
