My Wednesday Walk | My Pastor's 38th Birthday Celebration 🥳🎉🎉

Many wonderful things have happened in my life each day that I just have to thank God for. For today, I will share with you all one of the best events for me this week as my cousin who is also my Pastor celebrated his 38th birthday.

One of the most anticipated occasions of all of us is our birthday because it only happens once in our lives, so each of us is preparing for it well.

Just before the day of our Pastor's birthday, some of my colleagues in our Church and I agreed to hold a Mañanita or Morning Serenade for our Pastor but due to the incessant rain, others were not able to attend. and we thought we would not be able to continue, fortunately we still have other members in other Churches who we contacted and joined in the Mañanita.

Even though the rain was heavy and incessant we still continued to get wet and around 4:00 in the morning we traveled to our Pastor's house and about 5:00 we started. We still thanked God because even though the rain did not stop, our Mañanita was still successful.

Each of us shared words of encouragement and our declarations. Then our Pastor also shared his gratitude to God and to all of us because he thought nothing would happen to Mañanita because it was raining non -stop so he was really surprised.

After our little Mañanita it was time to have breakfast and thank God because our Pastor's parents brought our food, they really love their child very much. They even have cooked home made Lechon Manok which is really delicious.

Because of the non -stop rain, we didn't go home right away and we went home in the afternoon but I will also be back because there is another Birthday Celebration of my Pastor tonight.

In the evening, I returned with Ptra. EmEm and although it was a bit heavy and the rain still didn't stop and we had some trouble traveling, we still got to our Pastor's house safe and we thank God. When we arrived there, the Birthday Celebration started, just after the Praise and Worship and it was immediately followed by the sharing of the Words of God and words of encouragement for our Pastor led by one of our fellow Pastors.

After one of our Pastors shared the Words of God, it was immediately followed by the offering of prayers for our Pastor. We pray that our living God will protect him in every Mission and other activities for God especially in his Mission in the countryside and the indigenous people the Higaonon.

In a few moments it will be time for everyone to have dinner and we will have many more delicious meals tonight. We are all really full and we all really enjoy our Pastor's birthday and I can also see that our Pastor is very happy. From morning to night everyone was happy even though it was really raining non -stop. Because it was still raining non -stop, we slept in our Pastor's house, we were all about 10 with the youth of our Church and we all fit, thank God.
