For the year 2022, we are starting up our first Summer Gateway

We can already feel the heat of the sun as we approach the Summer Season, which is the most anticipated season of the year because it is primarily a season for vacation and summer getaways, and we kicked it off at the Dalipuga Falls.

Our first Summer Getaway was held last week, immediately following my cousin's birthday, who also happens to be my Pastor, on April 5, 2022. We were all very excited to finally see the splendor of the location with our youth church.

After nearly 20 minutes of walking, we finally saw the falls, which astounded us. Though not as tall as other falls, it is still very beautiful, and the water is cold and clear. We also thank God that we were the only visitors at the time because, as we approached the location, the previous visitor lifted the place. We didn't miss the chance to photograph the waterfalls.

I noticed that everyone was excited and wanted to swim while we were there, but we took pictures and enjoyed the moment first. Two of our steemians are Sir Dan and Ptra Emem. We had no idea the area would be so lovely, or the water so cool and clear. After all of our hard work, this will undoubtedly be a stress-relieving experience for us.

We continued taking pictures along the Waterfalls under the water because we were going swimming and having a great time. We will never forget the memories because we will recall all of the happy times we shared as long as we were there for each other.

My niece Baby Reign and nephew Kuya Obed are also with us. They were clearly having a great time swimming and were very sweet to each other. It's not their first time here because their house is just a short walk away, and Kuya Obed is so familiar with the area that he acts as our tour guide.

We arrived an hour ago and had a great time, but we've decided to eat our lunch as early as 11:00 a.m. because we are expecting visitors and can feel the coldness of the water We then prepared our food and engaged in a boodle fight, also known as "Boodle-boodle" among us.

We just put the foods from my cousin's birthday party from the night before on a piece of banana leaf. Grilled fish, pancit bihon, sliced bread, and junk foods are available. It was one of the most memorable moments for us, and we thank God for it.

We've decided to head home after we eat our lunch and swim for a while. We thank God for everything we accomplished today, and I will always treasure everything we accomplish together, especially if it is for the glory of God.
