Dneska jsme měli české Vánoce a štědrovečerní hostinu, protože ta zítřejší už bude v Madridu. I vzhledem k celkem mizernému počasí jsem toho nenachodil mnoho. Mimochodem, kapří hranolky chutnají podstatně lépe než jakkoli jinak upravený kapr. Nechutnají totiž po kaprovi :)

Chutnal jsem před pár lety v Olomouci během adventních trhů. Začátkem prosince jsem je měl ve výběru v jedné restaraci, ale nakonec to vyhrála hovězí líčka na portském 😉

Každopádně my dnes kapra klasicky a Tobě a T. přeji šťastnou cestu.
