THE WORLD NEAR ME

Hello everyone
today short post and also short route. I went out with the aim of running. I tried but I still don't feel so light.

In the end I opted for some walking stretches interspersed with stretches at high speed.

A small and painful session of streching. and then again stretch and walk. I must say that it did not go badly. the body is recovering.

It will take time but I feel great and this is great. truly magnificent.
