Hello guys!!

After a while i managed to go out for my regular walking.

Lately my right knee is hurting me especially when i have to go upstairs or downstairs, but at the same time i can't stay at home.

At night though i can't move it and i'm afraid that my knee has to be checked by a doctor.

When i wake up in the morning it feels better for sure, but during the day i have so many things to do, so at night it's bad again.

When i'm out the last thing that i'm thinking about is to take any photo, but thank you for the tip.
