Hello there!
Since i lost my dad i noticed that i lose weight, not too much, but within a few days my weight is less.
I remember of not skipping my meals, well lunch and dinner, and some fruits in between.
I walk a lot but not that much to make me to lose some weight every week, or to be exact every three days.
My body needs some time to heal...

I am so sorry about your loss. It must be very hard. It is not easy losing our loved ones, but you've got to live life cherishing the memory they left behind.
Eat well so as to be healthy, go for walks, chat, or have conversations with people, and know that you are not alone. I know it isn't easy to do, but I truly hope you can try. Your dad would want you to truly live life.
