Solid day in the bag. A big part of my work is hucking around 55lb+ cages and boxes of product and I am slowly but surely starting to see gains in muscle mass in my shoulders and arms:) Here is a picture of me saluting those about to rock...(I promise I'm not as surly as this pic might convey lol)
