My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2025
Well it has been very hot and as far as I' ve heard the uv amount we are receiving is extremely high. This I can believe because on Friday I got a sun stroke, I mean that night I felt like I was burning up inside. i have no a/c just a good fan, but I slept little, asI had to get up to drink water and throw water on my upper body.
So now I am wearing a hat, actually a baseball cap, am trying to walk in the shade. I put in less steps and try to be home by eleven am. At least my body doesn't feel like I have a fever.
For today rain was predicted but none came. Now it seems we might get some in the early morning hours. It might be true, there is a cool breeze and the heat is much more reasonable. I guess we are in for a cruel summer.
