Hola mis compañeros runners de Hive Run, el día de hoy no estaba muy animado para salir a mi rutina de entrenamiento y por eso no planifique, debido a una labor en mi trabajo muy fuerte, mi esposa fue a buscarme a mi trabajo y veníamos conversando del entrenamiento durante la trayectoria hasta llegar a casa y me sugiere para ir al estadio que esta cerca de donde vivo a realizar velocidades, le dije que me sentía un poco cansado, pero algo en mi interior me decía que saliera. Nos alistamos para ir al estadio, al llegar hice una rutina de 10 minutos de calentamiento y comencé a trotar para continuar calentando por espacio de 2 kilómetros, empecé mis velocidades 8 series de 400 metros descansando por espacio de 1 minuto, las primeras 2 series me sentí un poco fatigado, tome un poco de agua y descanse 2 minutos, continue con las demás hasta cumplir la numero 8, continuamente seguí con un trote suave por espacio de 800 metros, luego me tome algunas fotos y realice mi estiramiento. Después de esa pausa que hice de un minuto adicional antes de la serie 3 y el sorbo de agua que tome me ayudo a recuperarme de la fatiga.

Sobre mi tiempo en las series que realice estuvo alrededor de un aproximado de 1 minuto 30 segundos a 1 minuto 35 segundos.

Luego estuvimos conversando con otros amigos corredores sobre una carrera que se va efectuar este domingo 16 de febrero titulada corre por tus riñones distancia 10 kilómetros, tenemos ganas de participar como chequeo pero estamos dudoso les estaré comentando si logro participar.


Hello my fellow runners of Hive Run, today I was not very encouraged to go out to my training routine and that's why I didn't plan, due to a very strong work, my wife went to pick me up to my work and we were talking about the training during the way to get home and she suggest me to go to the stadium that is near where I live to do some speed and I told her that I felt a little tired, but something inside me told me to go out. We got ready to go to the stadium, when I arrived I did a 10 minutes warm up routine and started jogging to continue warming up for 2 kilometers, I started my speeds 8 series of 400 meters resting for 1 minute, the first 2 series I felt a little fatigued, I took some water and rested 2 minutes, I continued with the others until the number 8, I continued with a gentle jog for 800 meters, then I took some pictures and did my stretching. After that break I did an additional minute before series 3 and the sip of water that I took helped me to recover from fatigue.

My time for the sets I did was around approximately 1 minute 30 seconds to 1 minute 35 seconds.

Then we were talking with other runner friends about a race that is going to take place this Sunday February 16 titled run for your kidneys distance 10 kilometers, we want to participate as a check up but we are doubtful we will be able to participate in the race.
