I'm doing my best to have big muscles but unfortunately I am a thin person and seems that I will have to eat a lot to have the muscles I want 🤭🤭🤭🤷🏻♀️ but don't worry, Gatúbela doesn't need huge muscles to save the world 👊 you know how we cats are, we use our brain, flexibility, agility and cunning, and my whip of course 😼
I don't work out there because it's far from my house, I'm doing pilates and weight lift at home. I like to do hiking, dancing and running, too, I love sports 🏃🏻♀️🚴🏋️⛹️🧗🏊🤸🏻♀️

Hehe, I noticed from the photos that you are very slim :) Well, I was like that too. Until my early 20s or something. Then, I finally started to put on weight and I also started to work out. I did calisthenics for years and it was cool but to get really big and strong, you need to lift weights. At least that´s how it works with us, men :D Now, I have been lifting for a couple of years already and I´m definitely the biggest and strongest I have ever been :) Almost 90 kg at my 177 cm... It´s not easy to "beat" your somatotype but it´s possible with some regular effort and discipline :)

I use to lift weights in a gym but I gradually left it for running and other types of exercises. I know that needs discipline but most of all it's about nutrition, I am part vegetarian, the only meat I eat is fish, although not all kind of fish. I have always wanted to be muscular, not like a man or those bodybuilder women hahaha, just well defined muscles hehehe 😼

Well, not of the mass that I gained is muscle of course, there is some fat too :D But I still like it, much better for me than being skinny and weak :D Nutrition is important of course and not eating meat can make it a bit more difficult for you but animal proteins can be replaced with plant based proteins, you know, nuts, some veggies etc. But in the fitness industry, they say there are 3 basic things that you need to do right, properly and regularly: training, nutrition and regeneration. If you master these 3 things, you will soon have big muscles like all your superhero fellows :D
