We all make choices each day and many of those choices come with ramifications for the present and future, for us personally and those around us whether in a professional sense or our personal lives. For this week's topics, I've given you a few simple choices to make so feel free to choose a topic and write about it, or make the choice not to.

Interesting topics. What always amazes me is that you seem to have a quote for every situation. Maybe it should not be too surprising- with internet one can find things quickly. But I have headcanon that you have notes full of various quotes you gathered during your life. Kinda like a wizard's spell book.

I have a notebook in which I write quotes I like or that mean something to me; I've had the book for over 25 years and I refer to it all the time.

Yeah, I am doing a little better everyday. I was getting a little overwhlemed with government red tape and just mentally wore down for the last couple weeks. It is finally all done and should be smoother sailing here forward...hopefully.

It's good to be back, and seeing what the gang is up to. Weekend is going to be great. Heading out this morning with a Marine Vet friend to do some Toys for Tots stuff and then some more of it tomorrow. Hope you have a great weekend as well.

It is all good. A good exercise in patience :-)

Toys for Tots has been something I have been involved in for years in one form or another. The last couple years I haven't been very active with it because of the health issues, but now that i am getting better, well, it is time to whip it on for the kiddos. I love it.

Each week there is a great variety of topics that forces us to find the best of each one to write about. But, this week there is something for most tastes because there are topics related to sports, pets, professions, culture or politics.
It seems to me very wise on your part because it explores several lines of thought. Thank you for thinking of the majority.

Those are some very poignant ones. I like the first one. I actually did a wine tour a while ago where the last stop we made was at a bier garten, so we kind of got the best of both worlds. I preferred the beer over the wine. Now, if a distillery had been on the agenda, that might have been a whole other thing...

It was during a family reunion, so there were a ton of us and many of them hadn't seen each other in a long time, so it was a blast!

Great selection for a weekender, dogs always my first option with terrible driver abuse through our villages hitting cats.

Not able to keep cats restrained to a garden I do this simply due to having lost a young cat many years ago!

Oh I loved my cat, simply a suburban problem where I experienced loss of a cat in my teens.
