Hola amigos de Actifit. Hoy vengo con un post corto porque no he tenido mucho tiempo para tomar fotos. Hace unos días les hablaba de que mi aula esta tomando clases de balonmano. Hoy aprendimos un poco a defender. Les he dejado algunas fotos de ése momento.

También he tenido las pruebas de pesas. Hoy creo que he estado un poco mal es ése aspecto debido a una lesión ocurrida en mi hombroro en un gimnasio. Pero la semana que viene espero entar al 100%.

Hello friends of Actifit. Today I come with a short post because I haven't had much time to take photos. A few days ago I was talking to you about how my classroom is taking handball classes. Today we learned a little bit about defense. I have left some photos of that moment.

I have also had weightlifting tests. Today I think I have been a little off in that aspect due to an injury that occurred in my shoulder at the gym. But next week I hope to be back at 100%.
