Saludos estimada comunidad hispanohablante amantes del deporte y el acontecer deportivo en general, esta emana les presento una rutina para el fortalecimiento de la parte superior del cuerpo llamada extensión y flexión de codos sobre máquina fija, las "lagartijas" que normalmente solemos hacer sobre el suelo o una superficie plana también llamadas erróneamente "flexiones de pecho".
Muy cerca de mi casa existe un centro recreativo deportivo muy importante para los villacuranos el cual ha servido de centro asistencial para el proceso de vacunación contra la Covid-19 por lo que se ha mantenido cerrado la mayor parte del tiempo, sin embargo se ha flexibilizado los horarios y ahora permiten a las personas caminar y hacer ejercicios diariamente dentro de sus instalaciones.
