Among tears, mixed emotions, euphoria and a festive atmosphere received the news the inhabitants of the sector "Los Colorados" in the small town of Villa de Cura (Aragua - Venezuela) this past Sunday August 21 when in the afternoon players, representatives and part of the technical leadership of the club began to spread through social networks that the U-16 category of this prestigious soccer school had won the championship of the tournament LIFOFUT 2022 Cup "Tecni Sport CA."

The exciting final of this category was against a great rival from the same city that came to the sports field of the Aragua State Bar Association with the parchment and aspirations to pretend to take the cup, but the heart of these "Titans" as they are also known was imposed at the end of the day to snatch from their opponents the possibility of staying with the championship and bring to Villa de Cura so longed title for his club.

El Partido

Según nos relata el DT. el popular "chino" el partido se disputó luego de las dos de la tarde como estaba previsto en la sede del Colegio de Abogados del Municipio Mariño ( Turmero ) del Estado Aragua, sede donde se jugaron la mayoría de los encuentros por el campeonato de dicho torneo. El rival que tenían al frente era la gran escuela de Bravos de América; otro equipo villacurano que llegó a esta final como uno de los grandes favoritos a llevarse el campeonato por la larga tradición e historia futbolera que arrastra dentro del Municipio Zamora contra un Deportivo Los Colorados de reciente fundación.

El primer tiempo estuvo muy entretenido y con muchas oportunidades de gol por ambos equipos, pasados los primeros 15 minutos de juego una falta de los muchachos de Bravos de América provocó un tiro libre que terminó en gol a favor para Los Colorados, el gol fue obra de Johan Pineda quien tras fuerte remate venció al portero para con este gol adelantar en el marcador a los Colorados y enrumbarlo hacia la victoria. Otra falta cometida dentro del área originó un penal a favor de los Colorados y fue Richard Utrera el encargado de cobrar la misma convirtiendo el segundo gol para irse luego al descanso con la ventaja en el marcador de 2 por 0.

The Match

According to the DT, the popular "chino", the match was played after two o'clock in the afternoon as scheduled at the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Mariño Municipality (Turmero) of Aragua State, where most of the championship matches of the tournament were played. The rival they had in front of them was the great school of Bravos de América; another Villacurano team that came to this final as one of the great favorites to win the championship due to the long soccer tradition and history they have in the Municipality of Zamora against a recently founded Deportivo Los Colorados.

The first half was very entertaining and with many goal opportunities for both teams, after the first 15 minutes of play a foul by the Bravos de América boys caused a free kick that ended in a goal in favor of Los Colorados, the goal was scored by Johan Pineda who after a strong shot beat the goalkeeper to put Los Colorados ahead on the scoreboard and on their way to victory. Another foul committed inside the area originated a penalty kick in favor of Los Colorados and it was Richard Utrera who was in charge of scoring the second goal to go to the break with a 2-0 lead.

2do. Tiempo

Arrancados los segundos 45 minutos de juego los chicos saltaron al engramado con la ventaja en el marcador y la adrenalina a millón por querer terminar pronto y alzar la copa pero los partidos no terminan hasta que el arbitro realiza los tres pitazos, con la misma energía del principió el encuentro se desarrolló en esta segunda parte con chances para ambos clubes hasta que el equipo de Bravos de América consiguió el descuento y puso el partido 2 por 1 agregándole suspenso y emoción al mismo.

La desesperación y el nerviosismo se apoderó nuevamente del equipo de Bravos y faltando ya casi 5 minutos para el final del encuentro cometieron nuevamente una falta que provocó un tiro libre cerca del área para que nuevamente Richard utrera marcara su segundo gol de la final y sentenciara el encuentro convirtiéndose al mismo tiempo en la figura y el jugador más valioso del partido. Con este resultado el Club deportivo Los Colorados se convirtió en el nuevo Monarca de la categoría de este prestigioso torneo de selecciones a nivel regional.

2nd Half

With this result, Club Deportivo Los Colorados became the new Monarch of the category of this prestigious regional tournament.

Más que un club una familia!

Más allá de los cuantitativo y de los números de los resultados obtenidos en todas las categorías donde el club tuvo participación en este y otros torneos los dirigentes de esta escuela resaltan y promueven entre sus muchachos valores que trascienden lo meramente deportivo como el compañerismo, la solidaridad, el compartir, el respeto y el amor propio cada vez que van a un entrenamiento o a un partido. Esta victoria no es obra solamente de este cuerpo técnico que sin la ayuda de las madres, padres y representantes no hubieran alcanzado esta meta, son muchos los obstáculos que hay que superar camino al éxito y estos jóvenes ganadores orientados por sus instructores han hecho realidad uno de sus más grandes sueños.

Mis felicitaciones a este cuerpo técnico a quien tengo la dicha de conocer personalmente y mi agradecimiento por la oportunidad de hacerles seguimiento a la actuación del club deportivo más grande e importante de mi localidad... que viva el Deportivo Los Colorados!

More than a club, a family!

Beyond the quantitative and the numbers of the results obtained in all the categories where the club participated in this and other tournaments, the leaders of this school highlight and promote among their boys values that transcend the merely sporting, such as companionship, solidarity, sharing, respect and self-respect every time they go to a training session or a game. This victory is not only the work of this coaching staff that without the help of mothers, fathers and representatives would not have achieved this goal, there are many obstacles to overcome on the road to success and these young winners guided by their instructors have realized one of their biggest dreams.

My congratulations to this coaching staff whom I have the joy of knowing personally and my thanks for the opportunity to follow the performance of the largest and most important sports club in my town... long live Deportivo Los Colorados!
