My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2024
Since I don’t have any planned vacations this year but need to take my annual leave, I’m taking a day off whenever work allows.
Today was one of those days. Although I woke up at the usual time, 5:15 a.m., I gave myself a little extra time in bed. After my morning routine, I checked the work emails just to be safe, then went for a run. I didn’t worry about my heart rate this time; I ran 8.5 km at a normal pace at my usual spot. My mind wandered a bit during the run, and I ended up tripping over a tree root, but I managed to avoid any injuries or damage.
Then, in the spirit of healthy eating, I made my lunch: arugula, tomatoes, light mozzarella, and plain chicken breast.
In the afternoon, I went shopping and then read a real paper book. I’m trying to cut down on digital dependency and highly recommend it to everyone.
I burned 915 calories and covered 13.45 km on foot according to my watch.
