New Era at Chelsea FC - Enzo Maresca.
Y'ello sport lovers.
I'm excited to unveil our new coach at Chelsea FC - Enzo Maresca.
It's good to see the boys back into action again after a long while. Some of the players has shown total commitment to the team and they've been recognized at the country level. The likes of Marc Cucurella, Cole Palmer etc all representing their country in the ongoing Euros.
It's good to see our new head coach, Enzo Maresca preparing for preseason with the boys who are available at the moment and even those that have returned from loan.
The club has been a bit busy in this transfer market, they've done great signings. Some of the newly signed players are; Tosin, Marc Guiu, Dewsbury-Hall etc.
And I believe a player like Dewsbury-Hall will not be far from the first team as he is already used to Maresca's ball pattern.
I see a great era full of trophies with Maresca. Now one of his aim should be to win the Europa Conference Cup which he has come to inherit from the former coach, Mauricio Pochettino. Winning the FA cup and other domestic ones shouldn't be a challenge to him as he has got the necessary players, young/passionate team and also experienced players for the job.
I love the players' ability to adapt to new coaches. They've already started developing the bond with the manager already. We'll get to see a glimpse of what they have in stores for us in the preseason even before the commencement of the main season.
With the current team squad I've been able to draft out a lineup I suggest would work well. I'll stick to the 4-2-3-1 possession as used by the previous coach. This possession is when we are without the ball but once we've got our legs on the ball, we can switch to the 3-2-5-1. Which is purely an attacking style of play. With this possession it helps the players to strike the opponents net as many times as they want
It's gonna be a great season for the blues. Stay cool and enjoy.
