My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2025

I was able to achieve 5k+ activity counts today, which is the minimum required in Actifit to be eligible for rewards. Once you achieve at least 5k activity counts, you receive both AFIT token and Hive upvote rewards.

My goal was to reach 10k activity counts, but I was only able to achieve half of it. To compensate for the lack of activity, I went to the gym to run for 10 minutes on the treadmill, did chest press for 30 repetitions, and another 30 repetitions of lat pulls.

Here's my dinner for tonight: seafood fried rice!
