My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2025
How’s your day going Actifiters?
For today’s report, I’m glad to share that I managed to achieve more than 10k steps for my Actifit report. Most of it is from my usual activities at my work and I also went for a walk during my lunch time.
For my lunch, I had a nice meal of Saba fish, sautéed brocolli, and stewed mushroom! And I also had hard boiled egg. I think that’s good enough to get me going through out the afternoon of work.
