My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2025
Today’s activity is not that substantial even though I managed to achieve more than 12k steps for my report. Well, it’s mostly walking, going to the grocery store, and then I also managed to go to the gym for 10 minutes to do some quick routine.
The workout doesn’t felt like I sweat so it isn’t really sufficient if you ask me.
I cane home late today and so the gym has closed 10 minutes through my workout. I should have arrive early so that I have time to complete my routine.
Anyway, that’s a lesson learned,.
