My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2025

I scored more than 13k steps for my Actifit report today and that alone has made me feel proud about myself. There’s no better feeling than this one because it made me feel that I’ve done something good for myself. This means that I have burned a good amount calories through out the day.

For my lunch, I went to one of my favorite Taiwanese style food place where I got myself a huge piece of roasted chicken thigh, sautéed vegetables, and then boiled egg. It was a nice set of food for my lunch and that it made me really satisfied about it.
