My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2025

I'm so glad about today's achievements. I managed to make 12,751 steps for my Actifit report. I also went to the gym to work for 10 minutes on one of the machines. I also did 40 repetitions with 7.5kg dumbbells. I think that's good work for a Sunday, and I hope that I can do well tomorrow too.

Most of today's activity score came from my long walks. I think that even a walk to the grocery store is a good addition to my activities.

Tomorrow is the beginning of another week of hustle at my job, so I want to sleep earlier tonight and have a good rest. Good night, Actifiters!
