My Actifit Report Card: December 30 2024

I decided to take a rest today because I felt too tired at work. An indication of this is my total activity count, which reached 14,423 steps. It's amazing that I managed to achieve this score without even noticing it. I know I did a lot today, but I never really expected to reach this level of activity. That makes me feel proud of myself.

I'm feeling better today, and the cough I had yesterday is almost gone. All the symptoms of my flu are also gone, which means I can start focusing on my recovery tomorrow.

As part of that goal, I had a healthy dinner tonight—a nice bowl of sliced fish soup with noodles, ginger, and green vegetables.
