My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2024

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well today.

I’m feeling much better now because my fever and runny nose are gone, and my cough has become very minimal. However, I’m a bit concerned that the illness might return. Some of my colleagues at work are experiencing runny noses, and one of them has been sneezing quite often. I’m worried that the virus might be circulating in the office, and we’re just passing it around. I really hope my immune system strengthens in the coming days so that I won’t get sick again.

I’m also making an effort to improve my diet by eating healthy food, and I hope this will help me feel better and make my body stronger.

My activity score for today is 10,994 steps, which is surprisingly good considering I didn’t walk much. I went to the grocery store to buy some bread and picked up a few things for my house, and I didn’t realize those activities were enough to meet my minimum goal of 10,000 steps. That’s good news for today, and I hope to do even better tomorrow.
